Additional services

You can request for additional services when you create a new order, whether it's to be performed onsite or in the warehouse.

When you create a new order, click on Request additional services for your order field to see all services available.

Note that:

• Service selection vary for outbound / inbound / return orders.
• Loading / Unloading of truck is an optional service available for orders fulfilled by own transport.
