Shipment Arriving Without WRO

Warehouse Receiving Orders (WRO) allow Spaceship’s operation team to know which products are being sent to our fulfillment center so that we can allocate sufficient resources to your inbound shipment, and inbound the items according to our Receiving Service Level Agreement.

If your shipment arrives at Spaceship FC without a Warehouse Receiving Order, your shipment will be placed on hold, while we attempt to identify whose shipment it belongs to. If we are unable to identify your shipment, or do not have the resources available to receive your shipment, your shipment may be rejected 

Identifying & Confirmation of Your Shipment

We will attempt to identify the shipment and contact you. Before identifying your shipment, your shipper is not allowed to unload the shipped products onto our receiving docks. 

Unloading Service - Express

Subject to the availability of resources, if you require us to unload the shipment, express fees will apply. If resources are unavailable, we may not be able to unload your shipment

Creation of Receiving Order

If you have not created a WRO, you’ll need to create the WRO and provide us with information of the products that have been shipped (including the SKU, product name, and total quantity of each product sent to us)

Receiving On Hold

Your products will be moved from the receiving docks to an on-hold receiving staging area while we await your creation of the WRO and process your WRO after creation. Overaging Fees will apply, starting from the day your shipment is unloaded onto our receiving docks, even if you shipment was identified and the WRO was created on the same day

Additional Fees

• Receiving Shipments Without WRO: $80 / shipment
• Over-aging Fees: $10 / pallet (or Lot) / calendar day.

Completing the Receiving Process

After receiving the necessary information, subject to the availability of resources, we will proceed to receive your products.
