I have scheduled an order earlier, how do I cancel my order?

To cancel your order, please send an email request with the DO number to the Spaceship support ([e-mail]) and we will cancel the order on our end.

Please note that there will be a late cancellation fee of $50 per order if order is cancelled less than 24 hours of scheduled delivery or collection time.
