Upon the confirmation of your Move to Storage or Storage Return order, we will allocate resources to your order. However, sometimes things don't go as planned, and you may need to cancel your order or change your appointment date.
Resources (vehicle, manhours) that could have been allocated to another User have been reserved for your order. These resources may sit idle as a result of late cancellations. Additionally, time has been spent planning and arranging your order to ensure that things go well during your move.
Therefore, for cancellations or amendments to the scheduled appointment date, we have the following policy
Cancellation or Rescheduling Fees
- > 5 business days before the scheduled appointment date: $100.00
- 5 business days or less before the scheduled appointment date: Non-refundable
To cancel or reschedule your Appointment Date, submit an email using your registered email to support@spaceship.com.sg.
