How can I arrange for a delivery of my items?

1) Please login in using the website www.spaceship.com.sg/login

Username: your email address that was used to register your Spaceship account

If you have forgotten your password, kindly click the "Forgot Password?" button to reset your password.

2) Click on the Deliveries section

3) ​Click "Schedule Delivery" button and select the "Retrieval" option

4) Select the items that you wish to retrieve and click on the checkout button

5) You can then adjust the quantity of the items to be retrieved

6) Choose the delivery address that you would like your items to be delivered to

7) Choose your preferred delivery date and time slot. If you are unable to receive the items, please unselect the option and provide the alternate contact details. Submit your order by clicking on the "Schedule Delivery" button.

9) You will receive an email confirmation from us when you have successfully scheduled your delivery. Our support team will reach out to you within 2-3 business days to confirm your slot.
