To do so, you need to cancel your storage plan via your Spaceship account
1) Please login in using the website www.spaceship.com.sg/login
Username: your email address
If you have forgotten your password, kindly click the "Forgot Password?" button to reset your password.
2) Under Account, select the Storage Plan
3) Click on “Cancel Subscription” button for the subscription you wish to terminate
4) Upon confirmation of the subscription cancellation, you will be diverted to the delivery page form
5) Change the address to the correct delivery address
6) Select your preferred delivery date and time slot 2 working days in advance
7) If you are arranging someone to collect on your behalf, uncheck the option and provide alternative contact name and number
8) If you have no additional request for this delivery, select the yellow “schedule delivery” button below to submit request
9) You will receive an email notification once your request has been received by us
You will receive an email confirmation between 1-2 working days from the support team once it is confirmed.
Should you need to change your delivery date/time slot, please email to us 2 days in advance. Do note that there will be a late cancellation fee of $50 if the request is made less than 24 hours.
