How to Schedule a Delivery with Spaceship

Note: This guide is intended for Spaceship’s Door To Door Storage Plan (D2D) customers only. 

Step 1: Login to Your Account

Visit https://www.spaceship.com.sg/login and sign in using your registered email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click “Forgot password?” to reset it.

Step 2: Schedule a Delivery

Once logged in, click “Orders” in the top navigation bar, then select “Schedule Delivery” from the dropdown menu.

Step 3: Select Items for Delivery

Select the items you wish to retrieve from your online inventory list and specify the quantity for each item. Click “CHECKOUT”. 

Step 4: Reviewing details 

Make sure the selected items, delivery address, preferred date and, any additional remarks are accurate. Once everything is in order, click “Submit Request” to complete your delivery request.  

Step 5: Completion

You’ll see a Thank you Message once your request is submitted successfully. Our team will review your request and follow up to confirm the delivery details.
