Note: This guide is intended for Spaceship’s Door To Door Storage Plan (D2D) customers only.
Step 1: Login to Your Account
Visit https://www.spaceship.com.sg/login and sign in using your registered email and password. If you've forgotten your password, click “Forgot password?” to reset it.
Step 2: Schedule a Collection
Once logged in, head to the top navigation bar. Click “Orders”, then select “Schedule Collection” from the dropdown menu.
Step 3: Service Add-ons & Packing Materials
Select any additional services that you may need, such as disassembly or stairs carry. You can also purchase packing materials such as carton boxes to prepare for collection. Once completed, click “Next”.
Step 4: Reviewing Collection Address
Confirm the Address. Click “Next”.
Step 5: Submit Collection Details
Pick your preferred date and time slot. Do provide clear information about the items that you wish to store, this helps us plan the right resources for your collection. Click “Submit Request” to complete your collection request.
Step 6: Reviewing Details
After submitting, you’ll see a Thank you Message confirming your order was received successfully. Our team will review your request and follow up to confirm the collection details.
