B2B Deliveries

When creating an Outbound Order, you can choose from the following shipping method:

• Delivery arranged by Spaceship
• Self Pickup

B2B deliveries (not applicable to Self Pickup) are orders that are larger than B2C - last mile deliveries and are selected when:

• Shipment weight is over 60kg
• The summed dimensions (L+W+H) of the package is larger than 400cm
• Any single dimension is larger than 150cm
• The shipment has more than 1 package quantity

When choosing B2B deliveries, Spaceship will deliver your order using the “Less-than-truckload” (LTL) method to addresses within Singapore.

The B2B Delivery Service

The standard service includes:

• Loading items on their transit bins from Spaceship’s FC onto the vehicle
• Driver and vehicle to transport and unload shipment at the destination
• Delivery of items on trolleys or pallets. Floor loaded is only available for bulky items that have wheels
• Recipient sign-off acknowledgement (digital)
• Standard B2B delivery timeline (2-5 business days)
• Delivery during standard delivery hours

Does not include:

• Any disassembly or assembly work including uncrating of items in crates or pallets
• Delivery into offices or residential units (inside premise)
• Non-standard Packing including packing for International export
• Providing item or shipment measurements or weight
• Physically handling any item or parcel over 20kg
• Staircarrying of items or parcels
• Any additional manpower required to transport your order
• Delivery within a specific time window or at a specific time

Less Than Truck Load (LTL)

For LTL,

• The outbound shipment may not occupy the entire vehicle
• Delivery can be combined with other shipments and sent to several destinations
• Delivery can have multiple orders to be shipped (including other Users)

There are 3 types of loading methods:

• Pallets
• Trolleys
• Floor Loaded (FL) - only for bulky items on wheels

Spaceship FC will prepare your order for shipment by placing the packed order on transit bins. Transit bins include pallets, trolleys, or none (floor loaded). Items will not be stacked beyond 1.5m in height

The driver will pick up and load the shipment using the transit bins prepared by Spaceship FC. The max stacking height in the transport is 1.5m and there will be no double stacking of transit bins.

LTL is billed based on the lot size of the transit bin used

Delivery Options

When configuring your delivery details, you may choose from the following delivery options:

Additionally, you may also choose the following date-time options:

• Flexi: Delivery option will automatically be set as Standard, 2-5 days
• Date: Selecting a particular day
• Time Window: Selecting a particular day and time window (9:30am to 12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3-5pm)

Delivery Surcharge

Surcharges will be applied to your delivery in the following scenarios:

Category	Description
Extra Manpower	Required when there is poor access at the destination, or involves handling oversized (>1.5m) or overweight (>30kg) items
Stair Carrying	When items have to be carried up/down stairs
In Premise	When items are to be delivered beyond the doorstep and into the premise, or to locations in commercial buildings beyond the unit number
Waiting delays	When our drivers have to wait >20mins at the destination to unload or deliver to the final destination
