Spaceship’s B2B outbound service involves picking and packing your items at Spaceship’s FC, according to the B2B order items, and preparing your packed order for shipment. B2B orders are typically larger requests shipped to retailers, wholesalers, or other commercial places of business.
The Standard B2B Outbound includes:
- Picking ordered items/products from storage locations in Spaceship’s Fulfilment Centre (FC)
- Packing items according to Spaceship’s internal packing guidelines
- Preparing your packed order for shipment
- Preparing the necessary shipping labels (for orders where delivery is to be arranged by Spaceship)
- Placing your packed order onto the appropriate transit bins (floor loaded, trolleys, pallets)
- Moving your ready-to-ship order to a shipping staging area in Spaceship’s FC
Does not include:
- Cost of packing materials to pack your items (e.g. carton boxes, poly mailers, etc)
- Cost of transit bins (e.g. pallets, etc)
- Loading packed orders onto vehicles or containers
- Addon services including but limited to:
- Assembly/disassembly service,
- item inspection or quality checks,
- unboxing of items from their external packaging,
- customized services (e.g. pasting of stickers, putting inserts, writing notes, etc)
- Packing items in any specific manner that is defined by you (e.g. orientation of how SKUs are placed in a packaging carton, type of packaging material to use, how protective wrapping should be used, type of void materials to be used, etc)
- Packing items into your packaging cartons
- Printing of documents or hardcopy delivery orders
- Printing of customized labels or labels of 3rd party carriers
- Handling items that are overweight, oversized, require special equipment (e.g. forklift, lifting cables)
- Labelling on a carton / case level
- Coordinating with your third party shipper / carrier
- Shipping / delivering outside of Singapore or restricted areas in Singapore
- Services outside operational hours
Additional Outbound Warehouse Services
You may request other warehouse services in addition to the standard outbound service. Such requests are to be made in advance while you are placing your order online. If the service is not available online, you may submit your request via email.

Palletising | Place cartons or floor-loaded items onto pallets, and wrap them with stretch film |
Outbound Requirements:
- Before your outbound order can be picked, you’ll need to create a B2B outbound order and select the SKU’s and quantities to be picked and packed for shipment
- You’ll need to indicate the fulfillment option (standard, express, urgent) for when you want your order to be ready to ship.
- Provide all required shipping details, including
- For Delivery arranged by Spaceship
- Recipient name
- Recipient contact number
- Shipping address
- For Self Pickup
- Shipper’s name
- Shipper’s contact number
- For Delivery arranged by Spaceship
- For Self Pickups,
- the carrier must pick up your order up within the pickup time window. If your order is not picked up by the pickup end date time, an over-aging fee will apply to your order
- For shipment to be released to your carrier, your carrier will need to verify the reference code with the warehouse staff.
