Spaceship’s Fulfilment Options enable you to select when you want your orders to be shipped. For B2C orders, there are a few options to choose from:

We aim to ship your order within the Fulfil By SLA based on the fulfilment option that you have selected. It is important to note that the Fulfil By date is calculated from the date your FBS order is created, and not based on the date your order was created on your e-commerce platform.
With the exception of Shopee and TikTok Shop API Orders (see below), Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are Non-Business days and will not be included in the shipping deadline. To help you better understand our Fulfil By timeline, here are a few scenarios:

From 18 March 2025, Shopee updated its Days to Ship (DTS) shipping deadline (Link). For sales orders synced from your connected Shopee store, Spaceship’s Fulfilment SLA has been updated to be similar to the new Shopee Days to Ship (DTS) Shipping Deadline.
