Spaceship’s Fulfilment Options enable you to select when you want your orders to be shipped. For B2C orders, there are a few options to choose from:

*Note: the extra fee amount above is to illustrate that additional fees apply when Express or Fast Handover option is selected. Actual rates are subject to change, based on prevailing market rates.
We aim to ship your order within the Fulfil By SLA based on the fulfilment option that you have selected. It is important to note that the Fulfil By date is calculated from the date your FBS order is created, and not based on the date your order was created on your e-commerce platform.
With the exception of Shopee API Orders (see below) Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are Non-Business days and will not be included in the shipping deadline. To help you better understand our Fulfil By timeline, here are a few scenarios:
Scenario A (Non Shopee API Orders)

For Sales Orders from Shopee Platform (Updated: 11 Sep 2024)
From 13 September 2024, Shopee updated its Days to Ship (DTS) shipping deadline (Link). For sales orders synced from your connected Shopee store, Spaceship’s Fulfilment SLA has been updated to be similar to the new Shopee Days to Ship (DTS) Shipping Deadline.

Fulfilment Option: Fast Handover (Shopee API Orders Only)
Fast Handover Rate is the percentage of parcels handed over to Logistics Providers within a specific period, over the last 30 days.
- Orders paid on or before 2:00 pm on an Operational Day: Parcels must be handed over by 23:59 the same Operational Day
- Orders paid after 2:00 pm, Parcels must be handed over by 23:59 of the next Operational Day
For Sellers who want to qualify for Shopee’s Preferred Seller Programme, one of the criteria is to achieve a higher than 90% Fast Handover Rate (FHR).

For API orders pulled directly from Shoppe’s platform, Spaceship supports Saturday as Operational days, regardless of whether you are part of the Preferred Seller Programme or otherwise.

Spaceship aims to fulfill your orders according to the Fulfil By SLA determined by the Fulfilment Option you select when creating your FBS order.

For orders after 2 pm, Spaceship will fulfill your order by the next day 23:59. This is similar to Fufil By timeline as the Standard Fulfilment Option. In this case, your order will be tagged as a Standard Fulfilment option, even if you select the Fast Handover option, so that additional fees will not be incurred.
Selecting the Fast Handover Fulfilment Option
The Fast Handover fulfillment option is only available for specific FBS orders:
- Creating FBS Order manually from sales orders synced via Shopee API
- Auto-creation of FBS Orders from sales orders synced via Shopee API
