Penalty if unit is not returned in good condition after the Term End date. If reinstatement is required, the repair work days are to be added in. Late Return Fee penalty will still apply. There will be no proration. |

Reinstatement / Repair Fees

| Basic Cleaning | Clearing debris, dirt, and stains on the floor. Includes sweeping. | $50 per hour + GST |
| Waste Removal | Physical removal of any items left behind. Does not include trash that can be swept. Examples: cardboard, furniture, etc | $100 per 20 sqft + GST |
| Painting (Walls) |
Walls that have dirt/marks/stains or paint that has been patched should be painted. Painting is to be done on a panel wall basis and not on a spot level |
Painting: $200 per 3m run + GST Painting + Patching: $250 per 3m run + GST |

| Lockset (Standard doors) | Damages to the door handle or door lock | $100 per Lockset + GST |

| Sliding Doors | Damages to sliding doors. Bent or broken dock lock holders will require welding. Door sliding mechanism will require installing a new mechanism |

| Floor Repainting |
Damages to the flooring (including chipped floor, peeling paint coat, unremovable stains). Floor painting using epoxy will be required. Extra charges will apply if the painting is insufficient and floor repair works are needed |

Penalties & Unauthorised Usage of Space
