Can Spaceship retrieve specific items in my box?

Unfortunately, we are unable to retrieve specific items in your box. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us and for security reasons, we will not be able to open your box. 

However, you can select specific boxes to be returned to you. When scheduling a retrieval, indicate that you want us to collect the box back on the spot, we'll wait up to 15 minutes for you to take the item(s) out before sealing and bringing the box back to storage.
