Can I use my own boxes?

Unfortunately, under the Boxes Plan, you will be required to use boxes provided by us. Spaceship's boxes are of industrial grade and are highly durable to ensure that your items are stored securely. In addition, they are standardized to improve efficiencies and space utilization, thus allowing us to pass on the cost savings to you.

Under the General Plan, you are allowed to use your own boxes.
