What are the payment options available?
For businesses, we accept payment via credit card, bank transfer or cheque. An invoice will be sent at the beginning of your billing cycle and you will have 7 days to make payment.

What if I need to cancel my order after receiving the empty boxes for packing?
We won't bill you for the monthly subscription. However, you'll be charged a cancellation fee as well as the transport cost for dropping and collecting the empty boxes to your location.

We can deliver the boxes back to you as soon as 48 hours, depending on availability. However, do note that our operating hours are from Monday to Friday (10 am to 6 pm) and Saturday (10 am to 2 pm)...
