What are the payment options available?
For non-commercial storage plans, payment can only be made via credit or debit cards. At the end of every month, we will automatically deduct from your bank account so you save the hassle.
What if I need to cancel my order after receiving the empty boxes for packing?
We won't bill you for the monthly subscription. However, you'll be charged a cancellation fee as well as the transport cost for dropping and collecting the empty boxes to your location.
